By booking or accepting this service, both parties agree to the following terms:

Payment will be released upon successful completion

Either party can cancel with 24 hours notice

Critical Legal Disclaimers
- • HappyDays is a platform only. We connect users but do not provide, supervise, or control services.
- • Helpers are independent contractors, not HappyDays employees. All services are between User and Helper.
- • No liability: HappyDays is not liable for service quality, safety, injuries, damages, or losses.
- • Insurance: Helpers and Users should obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
- • Use at your own risk: Users acknowledge all risks associated with booking and providing services.
General Terms
- • All bookings are subject to the HappyDays Terms & Conditions
- • Payment is held securely and released after service completion
- • Both parties must maintain respectful communication
- • Disputes are between User and Helper; HappyDays may facilitate communication only
- • Reviews should be honest and constructive
- • HappyDays facilitates payments but does not guarantee them
