Important Notice

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using HPY Days. By accessing or using the HPY Days platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

HPY Days is an online marketplace platform that connects individuals ("Users") with independent service providers ("Helpers"). HPY Days is not a service provider, employer, or employment agency. We provide technology only to facilitate bookings, communication, and payments.

Independent Contractor Relationship

All Helpers are independent contractors. HPY Days does not employ, supervise, train, or control Helpers. All services are provided directly by Helpers under agreements between Helpers and Users only.

2. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed through the HPY Days platform. HPY Days charges a 7.5% platform service fee. Funds are held securely and released to Helpers only after Users confirm satisfactory completion of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

User Cancellations:

Helpers may choose their cancellation policy. Users should check each Helper's policy before booking:

Flexible Policy: Users can cancel within 24 hours of booking but will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. The fee is split: 7.5% to HPY Days and 92.5% to the Helper.
Strict Policy: Users cannot cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free for all bookings.

Helper Cancellations:

If a Helper cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the User will receive a 100% full refund of all payments made. Helper cancellations should only occur in cases of genuine emergency. Helpers who frequently cancel bookings may face account suspension or termination.

HPY Days expects Helpers to honor confirmed bookings and maintain high reliability standards for the community.

3. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPY Days disclaims all liability for services provided by Helpers, including injury, loss, or damage. Users and Helpers use the platform at their own risk.

4. Data Protection

HPY Days complies with UK GDPR requirements. Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
